MAD ROOM is a startup from South Korea that has ventured into the beauty industry. Despite being new to the market, they have extremely high standards when it comes to both their brand image and product quality.
The client’s first product was a lipstick tube, and they planned to introduce additional products such as the lipstick tube paper box, shopping gift bags, and gift sets. To ensure each product perfectly aligns with their high brand standards, they required professional guidance and support throughout the design and production process.
Lipstick Tube Printing
During sample production, the concave cap made logo printing difficult. We suggested pad printing, which solved the issue, and ensured the cap and tube designs aligned perfectly during mass production.
Shopping Gift Bag
The client was happy with the gift bag design but noticed slight unevenness at the bottom. We recommended adjusting the bottom structure and die-cut design, resulting in a cleaner and more refined finish.
Lipstick Tube Paper Box
The client wanted to print glossy black on silver paper card with UV embossing. However, the gloss of the silver made UV embossing ineffective. We advised switching to matte black with silver text and tactile coating, which enhanced the design and reduced production costs.
Gift Set Packaging
For the gift set, the client wanted a glossy black base with a silver foil logo. The hot foil dots were too large, so we suggested silver foil on a silver-black base, achieving the desired shiny effect with a more refined look.
After inspecting the mass-produced items at our factory, the client was pleased with the quality and attention to detail, appreciating our collaborative approach throughout the process.
